Palmera Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only Hersonissos , Hersonissos (Crete)

My stay at Palmera Beach Hotel & Spa was an absolute delight. The serene atmosphere, along with the attentive hospitality, made our experience truly special. The newly refurbished rooms were lovely, although they could benefit from better noise insulation. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to local attractions. Dining was a highlight, with delicious food and attentive service, but a bit more variety would have made it even better. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway with just a couple of minor areas for improvement.

I had a generally good experience at the hotel, but there were some areas for improvement. The staff was extremely helpful, and I enjoyed the massages at the spa. However, I was disappointed with the all-inclusive offer due to additional charges for sunbed rentals and the limited drink menu. The location was great, close to the beach, but the smoking areas were unpleasant during meals.
